Who we are
Andrew and Catrin Davies are the Directors of Crosswood Property Services Limited (CPS Ltd), and both are proud of their local roots in Aberystwyth, across Ceredigion and Mid Wales.
Their son, Cadfan Davies, has now taken over management of CPS Ltd after working for the company for many years and gaining a vast, in-depth knowledge of how it works.
We have been providing the people and businesses of Mid Wales with a professional and comprehensive service since the company was formed in 2006. We pride ourselves on the quality of our work, and all of our tradesmen are locally trained.
CPS Ltd also offers a bespoke service tailored to the needs of each client. We take your needs into account as we design and complete the work, making sure we offer great value for money and finish the work in a timely fashion.
